style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Natural Park rises 753 metres above sea level and shelters over 650 vegetable species.Amongst these we must point out the kermes oak, the red lavender, maritime fennel, rockrose species, the Valencia rock violet, the rock scabious, the black sabine or the palmetto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As far as fauna is concerned, you can watch birds as the yellow legged seagull or the Audouin seagull, several crows, ravens and birds of prey (the partridge eagle, a couple of royal owls, common kestrel ad the pilgrim falcon), justify;\">We must prevent unnecessary risks or hazardous situations for ourselves and our companions during what should only be a pleasant stroll in the mountains.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECOMMENDATIONS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wear comfortable footwear suitable for hiking, since the terrain is rocky.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carry lots of water, since there are no fountains. We recommend 1.5 litres per person.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Protect yourself from sunshine with a cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Shade is scarce in the majority of the routes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The routes in Montg\u00f3 have different difficulty levels: select the appropriate itinerary for your physical conditions, based on available time, distance, level difference, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the linear routes, the distance and estimated time are ONLY ONE-WAY. If we return to the starting point, the distance is double and likewise, the duration. We can then properly estimate the time required to hike the route and the return.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Route 5 and 6 have the highest difficulty level since they are the longest routes with the biggest level differences. They are solely recommended for persons accustomed to mountain hikes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avoid the ascent of Montg\u00f3 when there is risk of storm, fog or extreme temperatures. The centre houses a wheelchair-accessible exhibition on the ecosystems of the Montg\u00f3 and the Nature Reserve of the San Antonio Cape Sea Floor, main routes, traditional uses and diverse activities for visitors to the Nature Park.
