Experience our most international festival, the Fallas. 3- A cool night out<\/h2>\n

Enjoy the best snacks in seaside restaurants, have a drink in one of the hideouts tucked away in the Barrio del Carmen district, or in a 16th century mansion, then dance the night away at the water’s edge. Just some of the options which await you in the Valencian moonlight.<\/p>\n

4-Shopping<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s the fusion of traditional handicrafting, together with a touch of modernity and the avant-garde which make Val\u00e8ncia a cosmopolitan city with a buzzing commercial scene. 5- Taste the most refreshing drink: Horchata<\/h2>\n

Don\u2019t miss out on this popular brew made from a fruit grown only in Val\u00e8ncia: the tiger nut. 6- Cycle through the Turia Gardens<\/h2>\n

A bicycle ride through the Turia Gardens will make you feel at one with nature whilst being in the centre of the city. The nine-kilometre route starts off from the Cabecera Park. From here, you can see museums, monuments and bridges dating from the late medieval period up to the present day as you pass by.
