We went to Carel and Patries villa for the weekend away from the city and it has been a great choice! Quiet and peaceful. We have enjoyed the apartment very much, having breakfast outdoors and cooking bbq for dinner. Nice beaches are really close by, they gave us great tips on how to get around which was super useful. The villa is not difficult to find if you follow the clear instructions. The road to get there is not a highway, but this type of access is very common in Spain for rural villas. We will definitely come back!

Carel and Patrice were extraordinarily welcoming and waited for us after a cancelled flight to arrive at 3 am, Carel was proactively contacting us to make sure we were okay and could find and access the property, and even left us a choice of wine after our stressful journey! The accommodation was clean and really well furnished, the surrounding gardens and terrace were well kept, and the pool was nice and clean. The property would be a little difficult to find, but Carel provided really clear instructions on how to get there, and we didn’t take a single wrong turn, even in the middle of the night, feeling very tired. Carel en Patrice waren buitengewoon gastvrij en wachtten op ons na een geannuleerde vlucht om 3 uur ‘s nachts aan te komen, Carel nam proactief contact met ons op om er zeker van te zijn dat we in orde waren en het pand konden vinden en betreden, en liet ons zelfs een keuze aan wijn na onze stressvolle reis! De accommodatie was schoon en zeer goed ingericht, de omliggende tuinen en het terras waren goed onderhouden en het zwembad was mooi en schoon. Het pand zou een beetje moeilijk te vinden zijn, maar Carel gaf echt duidelijke instructies over hoe er te komen, en we namen geen enkele verkeerde afslag, zelfs niet midden in de nacht, omdat we ons erg moe voelden. Bedankt voor een geweldig verblijf, en we zullen niet aarzelen om je weer te bezoeken 🙂

Great stay with tastefully decorated studio. Recommended for anyone who wants some peace and seclusion. Our apartment had no kitchen but a beautiful view. We understand that other apartments do have kitchens. Last km of the access road is difficult but doable. Helpful host from whom we received many tips.

Tout etait parfait, peut etre juste preciser que pour acceder a la maison, il faut emprunter un chemin exigu avec nid de poule et presence de pierre afin d’adapter le vehicule pour s’y rendre. Mais vraiment c’est un detail. Si on reviens dans la region, c’est chez vous que nous reviendrons.

Incredible place, we went with our 3 dogs and Carel received us without problem, it is a beautiful place full of calm, very clean and a beautiful decoration, the pool is great for taking a bath and relaxing and the farm has a lot of field for dogs can enjoy their walks. Very quiet location where you can really relaxed, not far away from the busy centre of Xabia, bit difficult to reach the first time you come, but then it was also funny to come back. Alles was met een zeer goede smaak ingericht, waardoor het pand nog gastvrijer werd. Carel en Patries zijn geweldige mensen die ervoor zorgen dat je alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. Een must!! We were received very hospitably by Carel and Patries in their beautiful finca. The location is beautiful in the green with a view over the valley, but it is still close to Javea. Our dog also felt completely at home. We would love to come back! Thanks again for the stay and the tips!

We zijn super gastvrij ontvangen door Carel en Patries in hun prachtige finca. De locatie ligt mooi in het groen met uitzicht over de vallei maar het is toch dichtbij Javea. Ook onze hond voelde zich er helemaal thuis. We komen graag nog eens terug! Nogmaals bedankt voor het verblijf en de tips!

Buen anfitrión, finca preciosa con unas buenas vistas, la habitación muy fresca para estos días de caluroso verano con todo lo necesario en la cocina y baño, atención estupenda con una buena bienvenida. La única pega es que el acceso a la finca es complejo, pero te ayudan bastante con vídeos y mapa, pero de noche se hace complicado debido a los caminos para acceder con el coche. Buen anfitrión, finca preciosa con unas buenas vistas, la habitación muy fresca para estos días de caluroso verano con todo lo necesario en la cocina y baño, atención estupenda con una buena bienvenida. What a beautiful place to stay! We had a wonderful time in Javea this summer and Finca Vuyatela was ideal for us. We got to enjoy being surrounded by nature, mountains and the pool whilst being a stone’s throw away from the beautiful beaches and town of Javea. Best of both worlds! Carel and Patries were really welcoming and had great recommendations for the area – thanks again! Will be back soon!

¡Qué hermoso lugar para quedarse! Lo pasamos de maravilla en Jávea este verano y Finca Vuyatela fue ideal para nosotros. Pudimos disfrutar de estar rodeados de naturaleza, montañas y la piscina mientras estábamos a tiro de piedra de las hermosas playas y la ciudad de Jávea. ¡Lo mejor de ambos mundos! Carel y Patries fueron realmente acogedores y tuvieron excelentes recomendaciones para el área, ¡gracias nuevamente! ¡Volveremos pronto!

Wat een prachtige plek om te verblijven! We hebben deze zomer een geweldige tijd gehad in Javea en Finca Vuyatela was ideaal voor ons. We hebben kunnen genieten van de natuur, de bergen en het zwembad, terwijl we op een steenworp afstand van de prachtige stranden en de stad Javea zijn. Beste van twee werelden! Carel en Patries waren erg gastvrij en hadden geweldige aanbevelingen voor de omgeving – nogmaals bedankt! Ben zo terug!

We rented a house for 1.5 weeks at Carel and Patries and felt more than at home. The communication went very smoothly from the reservation with clear information and also during the stay very useful tips (such as scooter rental, beautiful beaches and the better restaurants / bars in the area). There was an extensive tour of the house, swimming pool and the beautiful grounds behind it, there is an outdoor kitchen and there are several seats where you can quietly enjoy the nature around you and retreat. Sjors (the dog) is a stuffed animal and definitely a bonus to the house. With the scooter it is an average of 20 minutes drive to several beaches / bays. We also definitely recommend trying Patries’ dinner; Very tasty food and very attentive to dietary requirements! The cottage itself is fully equipped and we were also able to do some laundry with help. In short, we were a big fan and we definitely recommend this place if you want to visit the most beautiful beaches in Spain and at the same time enjoy the tranquility and beautiful greenery around you in Javea! Thanks again for the incredibly wonderful stay, the many tips and hospitality. We had such a good time and felt very much at home on the beautiful finca vuyatela. Who knows until next time. Alquilamos una casa por 1,5 semanas en Carel and Patries y nos sentimos más que en casa. La comunicación fue muy fluida desde la reserva con información clara y también durante la estancia consejos muy útiles (como alquiler de scooters, hermosas playas y los mejores restaurantes/bares de la zona). Hubo un extenso recorrido por la casa, la piscina y los hermosos jardines detrás de ella, hay una cocina al aire libre y hay varios asientos donde puede disfrutar tranquilamente de la naturaleza que lo rodea y retirarse. Sjors (el perro) es un animal de peluche y definitivamente una ventaja para la casa. Con el scooter es un promedio de 20 minutos en automóvil a varias playas / bahías. Definitivamente también recomendamos probar la cena de Patries; ¡Comida muy sabrosa y muy atenta a los requisitos dietéticos! La cabaña en sí está totalmente equipada y también pudimos lavar la ropa con ayuda. En resumen, éramos un gran fan y definitivamente recomendamos este lugar si quieres visitar las playas más hermosas de España y al mismo tiempo disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la hermosa vegetación que te rodea en Jávea. Gracias nuevamente por la estadía increíblemente maravillosa, los muchos consejos y la hospitalidad. Nos lo pasamos muy bien y nos sentimos como en casa en la hermosa finca vuyatela. Quién sabe hasta la próxima. ¡Hasta luego!

Wij hebben 1.5 week een huisje gehuurd bij Carel en Patries en voelden ons meer dan thuis. De communicatie verliep vanaf de reservering erg vlot met duidelijke informatie en ook tijdens het verblijf hele handige tips (zoals scooterverhuur, mooie strandjes en de betere restaurants/bars in de omgeving). Er was een uitgebreide rondleiding bij het huis, zwembad en het mooie terrein erachter, er is een buitenkeuken en er zijn meerdere zitplaatsen waar je rustig van de natuur om je heen kan genieten en je kan terugtrekken. Sjors (de hond) is een knuffelbeest en zeker een bonus bij het huis. Met de scooter is het gemiddeld 20 min rijden naar meerdere stranden/baaien. Wij raden ook zeker aan om het diner van Patries te proberen; ontzettend lekker gegeten en heel attent geweest op dieetwensen! Het huisje zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en we hebben met hulp ook een wasje kunnen draaien. Kortom, wij waren groot fan en raden deze plek zeker aan als je de mooiste stranden van Spanje wilt bezoeken en tegelijkertijd in Javea van de rust en het mooie groen om je heen wilt genieten! Nogmaals dank voor het onwijs heerlijke verblijf, de vele tips en gastvrijheid. We hebben het zo naar ons zin gehad en voelden ons erg thuis op het mooie finca vuyatela. Wie weet tot de volgende keer. Hasta luego!

Carel and Patries received us very well, always very friendly and available. The setting is beautiful! Totally recommended to spend a few days in Javea. Thanks for having us! We were very happy, we really liked your house and the environment. All wonderful 😉 The only thing was that the bed made us a little uncomfortable since the two mattresses were different and separated a lot.

Carel y Patries nos recibieron muy bien siempre muy amables y disponibles. El entorno es precioso! Totalmente recomendado para pasar unos días en Javea. Gracias por recibirnos! Estuvimos muy contentos, nos gusto mucho tu casa y el entorno. Todo maravilloso ;- ) Lo único la cama se nos hizo un poco incomoda ya que los dos colchones eran distintos y se separaban mucho.

Carel en Patries hebben ons heel goed ontvangen, altijd erg vriendelijk en beschikbaar. De omgeving is prachtig! Absoluut een aanrader om een paar dagen in Javea door te brengen. Bedankt dat je ons hebt! We waren erg blij, we hielden echt van je huis en de omgeving. Allemaal geweldig 😉 Het enige was dat het bed ons een beetje ongemakkelijk maakte omdat de twee matrassen verschillend waren en veel van elkaar gescheiden waren.

Magnificent villa lost in the middle of the mountain. An ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the landscapes, the pool and the good weather. 10 minutes from Jávea and the Arenal Beach, ideal for spending the day, lunch and dinner. The room was in perfect condition, clean and neat with some amenities such as water, chips, some coffee capsules and even a small bottle of wine. It has certainly been an ideal stay. The only thing to note is the difficulty of access with many unpaved roads, quite steep slopes and it is extremely easy to let yourself be guided by the GPS and end up in the middle of a narrow and dangerous stone path. If you go to Jávea (or return) always look for the road and return to the starting point to follow the instructions that Carel sends when booking. Thank you very much for everything! Amazing accommodation.

Magnífica villa perdida en medio de la montaña. Un lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de los paisajes, la piscina y el buen tiempo. A 10 minutos de Jávea y de la Playa del Arenal, ideal para pasar el día, comer y cenar. La habitación estaba en perfecto estado, limpia y cuidada con algunos amenities como agua, patatas fritas, algunas cápsulas de café y hasta una pequeña botellita de vino. Desde luego ha sido una estancia ideal. Lo único a destacar es la dificultad del acceso con muchos caminos sin asfaltar, pendientes bastante elevadas y resulta extremadamente sencillo dejarse guiar por el GPS y acabar en medio de un camino de piedras, angosto y peligroso. Si vais a Jávea (o volvéis) buscad siempre la carretera y volved al punto inicial para seguir las instrucciones que manda Carel al reservar.¡Muchas gracias por todo! Un alojamiento increíble.

Prachtige villa verloren in het midden van de berg. Een ideale plek om los te koppelen en te genieten van de landschappen, het zwembad en het goede weer. 10 minuten van Jávea en het Arenal-strand, ideaal om de dag door te brengen, lunch en diner. De kamer was in perfecte staat, schoon en netjes met enkele voorzieningen zoals water, chips, wat koffiecapsules en zelfs een flesje wijn. Het is zeker een ideaal verblijf geweest. Het enige om op te merken is de moeilijkheid van toegang met veel onverharde wegen, vrij steile hellingen en het is extreem gemakkelijk om je te laten leiden door de GPS en midden op een smal en gevaarlijk stenen pad te belanden. Als je naar Jávea gaat (of teruggaat) zoek dan altijd de weg en keer terug naar het startpunt om de instructies te volgen die Carel stuurt bij het boeken. Heel erg bedankt voor alles! Geweldige accommodatie.

Good host, nice communication. We had a wonderful holiday in the finca of Carel and Patries. Beautiful location, nice apartment with all comforts and good communication with Carel. We got tips if we needed them and there were chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

Buen anfitrión, buena comunicación. Tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas en la finca de Carel y Patries. Hermosa ubicación, bonito apartamento con todas las comodidades y buena comunicación con Carel. Recibimos consejos si los necesitábamos y había sillas y una sombrilla para la playa.

Goede gastheer, fijne communicatie. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de finca van Carel en Patries. Prachtige locatie, fijn appartement met alle gemakken en een goede communicatie met Carel. We kregen tips als we die nodig hadden en er waren stoeltjes en een parasol voor op het strand.

The villa is in the middle of nature with beautiful views. The villa itself is super beautiful and has everything to be very comfortable and at ease. It is quite close to the beaches, coves and towns. The path to get to the beginning is a bit complex, but it’s worth it. I definitely recommend it. La villa está en medio de la naturaleza con vistas preciosas. La villa en sí es súper bonita y tiene de todo para estar muy cómodo y a gusto. Está bastante próximo a las playas, calas y pueblos. El camino para llegar al principio es un poco complejo, pero merece la pena. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Carel es muy atento y te explica y recomienda lo que necesites. Muchas gracias por recibirnos y explicarnos todo tan bien, volveremos muy pronto, hemos estado muy a gusto.

De villa ligt midden in de natuur met prachtig uitzicht. De villa zelf is super mooi en heeft alles om zeer comfortabel en op uw gemak te zijn. Het ligt vrij dicht bij de stranden, baaien en steden. Het pad om bij het begin te komen is een beetje ingewikkeld, maar het is het waard. Ik raad het zeker aan. Carel is zeer attent en legt uit en beveelt aan wat je nodig hebt. Heel erg bedankt dat je ons hebt ontvangen en alles zo goed hebt uitgelegd, we zullen heel snel terugkeren, we hebben ons erg op ons gemak gevoeld.

Very clean and cozy room. The hosts are very nice and are always aware that everything is fine. Exteriors with swimming pool and spectacular views. The place is beautiful and the hosts are perfect. The best place to rest and relax. All highly recommended.

Habitación muy limpia y acogedora. Los anfitriones son muy simpáticos y siempre están pendientes que todo este bien. Exteriores con piscina y unas vistas espectaculares. El lugar es precioso y los anfitriones son perfectos. El mejor lugar para descansar y relajarse. Todo muy recomendable.

All perfect. Ideal place to disconnect in the middle of nature but close to everything. It has all been fantastic. We loved the environment and the apartment. It’s just what we were looking for. In addition, you have been very kind and discreet. As constructive criticism, put a shaded table near the apartment to have breakfast outside in the shade.

Todo perfecto. Sitio ideal para desconectar en plena naturaleza pero cerca de todo. Ha sido todo fantástico. Nos ha encantado el entorno y el apartamento. Es justo lo que buscábamos. Además habéis sido muy amables y discretos. Como crítica constructiva, poner alguna mesa con sombra cerca del apartamento para poder desayunar fuera a la sombra.

Alles is perfect. Ideale plek om los te koppelen midden in de natuur maar dicht bij alles. Het is allemaal fantastisch geweest. We hielden van de omgeving en het appartement. Het is precies wat we zochten. Bovendien ben je erg aardig en discreet geweest. Zet als opbouwende kritiek een schaduwrijke tafel bij het appartement om buiten in de schaduw te kunnen ontbijten.

Everything very clean and with many amenities. The comfortable bed. The decoration is very careful and the exteriors are wonderful. A highly recommended stay to disconnect, absolute peace 15 minutes from any beach. The path is a bit complicated, although with the plane of the hosts it is easier. Like at home, the hosts are charming. We will return without a doubt.

Todo muy limpio y con muchas comodidades. La cama comodisima. La decoración muy cuidada y los exteriores una maravilla. Una estancia muy recomendable para desconectar, paz absoluta a 15 minutos de cualquier playa. El camino un poco complicado aunque con el plano de lis anfitriones es más fácil. Como en casa, los anfitriones un encanto. Volveremos sin duda.

Alles zeer schoon en met veel voorzieningen. Het comfortabele bed. De inrichting is zeer zorgvuldig en de buitenkant is prachtig. Een sterk aanbevolen verblijf om los te koppelen, absolute rust op 15 minuten van elk strand. Het pad is een beetje ingewikkeld, hoewel het met het vlak van de gastheren gemakkelijker is. Net als thuis zijn de gastheren charmant. We zullen zonder twijfel terugkeren.

What a wonderful stay Finca Vuyatela is. Patries & Carel are super hosts, very welcoming and helpful. The place is really fantastic. Close to all kinds of places and restaurants, but also to the sea with all beautiful bays.The room was super with a lovely bed, small kitchen and wonderful shower. In short, really recommended. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks for the hospitality.

Qué maravillosa estadía es Finca Vuyatela. Patries & Carel son súper anfitriones, muy acogedores y serviciales. El lugar es realmente fantástico. Cerca de todo tipo de lugares y restaurantes, pero también del mar con todas las hermosas bahías.. La habitación era estupenda, con una cama preciosa, una cocina pequeña y una ducha maravillosa. En resumen, muy recomendable. Disfrutamos mucho. Gracias por la hospitalidad.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf is Finca Vuyatela. Patries & Carel zijn super hosten, erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. De plek is echt fantastisch. Dicht bij allerlei plaatsjes en restaurants maar ook bij de zee met allemaal prachtige baaitjes.. De kamer was super met een heerlijk bed, kleine keuken en heerlijke douche. Kortom echt een aanrader. We hebben enorm genoten. Dank voor de gastvrijheid.

We loved Carel place surrounded by nature but still close to Javea and the beach. The pool and the BBQ were great companions while staying at the finca. Carel was nice and helpful. We would like to come back some day.

We hielden van de plaats Carel midden in de natuur, maar toch dicht bij Javea en het strand. Het zwembad en de BBQ waren geweldige metgezellen tijdens een verblijf op de finca. Carel was aardig en behulpzaam. We zouden graag op een dag terugkomen.

We had a wonderful stay at Patries and Carels home. They were very warm-hearted and lovely hosts and gave us daily tips for the surroundings. They have a beautiful and peaceful garden with singing birds and a pool with a wonderful view. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Thank you, we will hopefully come back! (Also they have a very cute dog!)

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en la casa de Patries y Carels. Fueron anfitriones muy afectuosos y encantadores y nos dieron consejos diarios sobre los alrededores. Tienen un hermoso y tranquilo jardín con pájaros cantores y una piscina con una vista maravillosa. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Gracias, esperamos volver! (¡También tienen un perro muy lindo!)

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Patries en Carels. Ze waren zeer hartelijke en aardige gastheren en gaven ons dagelijks tips voor de omgeving. Ze hebben een mooie en rustige tuin met zingende vogels en een zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles was zeer schoon en goed uitgerust. Bedankt, we komen hopelijk terug! We were in the house during Easter holidays. The farm and the house exceeded our expectations. A quiet place surrounded by nature, a few kilometers from the city and the beach. The house has everything you need. The place offers other alternatives to the beach such as beautiful routes through nature. 100% recommended. And the treatment of the unbeatable hosts. Estuvimos en la casa en vacaciones de Semana Santa. La finca y la casa superó nuestras espectativas. Un lugar tranquilo y en plena naturaleza, a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad y la playa. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario. El lugar ofrece otras alternativas diferentes a la playa como preciosas rutas por la naturaleza. Recomendable 100%. Y el trato de los anfitriones inmejorable. The villa is as it is shown in the photos and the communication and concern of Carel unbeatable (there are no language barriers). The rooms are very well equipped and you can count on Carel for any mishap. The only thing, notice (as it says in the description) that the access road is a bit complicated but you will have their help for everything.

La villa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y la comunicación y preocupación de Carel inmejorable (no hay barreras idiomáticas). Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y puedes contar con Carel para cualquier percance. Lo único, aviso (como bien dice en la descripción) que el camino de acceso es un poco complicado pero contaréis con la ayuda de ellos para todo.

The farm is located in a very nice, quiet place surrounded by nature. Very nice! 10 minutes by car or even less from Jávea. Access to the farm is through paved and perfectly passable roads. The apartment is very nice, clean and perfectly equipped. Perfect for two people. The kitchen is small but sufficient, also on the terrace there is a gas barbecue that can be used for everything. Carel and Patries have a beautiful estate with unbeatable views from the pool, which is shared. The hosts were very nice, in addition to providing us with very good recommendations.

Thanks a lot! The stay could not have been more pleasant.

La finca está situada en un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y en plena naturaleza. Muy agradable! A 10 minutos en coche o incluso menos de Jávea. El acceso a la finca es a través de unos caminos asfaltados y perfectamente transitables. El apartamento muy bonito, limpio y perfectamente equipado. Perfecto para dos personas. La cocina es pequeña pero suficiente, además en la terraza hay una barbacoa de gas que se puede usar para todo. Carel y Patries tienen una finca preciosa y con unas vistas inmejorables desde la piscina, la cual es de uso compartido. Los anfitriones fueron muy simpáticos, además de proporcionarnos muy buenas recomendaciones.

Muchas gracias! La estancia no ha podido ser más agradable.

This is a great Airbnb for people who have a dog. It’s not in the touristy center of Xàbia but only 10 mins of a drive to the beach or to the old town where you can find a lot a really good restaurants (where you can bring your dog if you want). The Airbnb is clean and spacious and has a nice comunal area with bbq and a pool.

We had a great stay and can’t complain about anything. Thank you for your hospitality and your patience with our dog.

Este es un gran Airbnb para las personas que tienen un perro. No está en el centro turístico de Xàbia, sino a solo 10 minutos en coche de la playa o del casco antiguo, donde puedes encontrar muchos restaurantes realmente buenos (donde puedes traer a tu perro si quieres). El Airbnb es limpio y espacioso y tiene una bonita zona común con barbacoa y piscina.

Tuvimos una gran estadía y no puedo quejarme de nada. Gracias por su hospitalidad y su paciencia con nuestro perro.

Our stay was short but great. We stayed in the gekKo suite. The house is located in the middle of the forest and has many spaces where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature lying in a hammock. Georgina (the dog) always welcomed us nicely with a toy in her mouth. Carel’s attention and treatment was great, always respecting the privacy of the guests. We are very happy, we will return when we can.

Thank you very much for everything, you have a beautiful house and garden and an adorable dog. We have been very comfortable in her house, we will always recommend you to our acquaintances when they go on vacation to Javea!

Nuestra estancia fue corta pero genial. Nos alojamos en la suite geko. La casa está ubicada en medio del bosque y tiene muchisimos espacios donde poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la naturaleza acostado en una hamaca. Georgina (la perrita) siempre nos recibia simpatica con un juguete en la boca. La atencion y el trato de Carel fue genial, respetando siempre la privacidad de los huespedes. Estamos muy contentos, volveremos cuando podamos.

What a great location if you are after a getaway from urban life – an oasis with great views. Although very hot at the time of our stay the pool was deliciously cool. Carel was very welcoming and knowledgeable and was very accommodating when we changed our arrival plans. We stayed in Granota which was a bright, light and airy room with a very comfortable bed! We would definitely stay again.

Thanks Carel for such a lovely stay and welcome. It really was a perfect end to our holiday.

Qué excelente ubicación si buscas una escapada de la vida urbana: un oasis con excelentes vistas. Aunque hacía mucho calor en el momento de nuestra estancia, la piscina estaba deliciosamente fresca. Carel fue muy acogedor y conocedor y fue muy complaciente cuando cambiamos nuestros planes de llegada. Nos alojamos en Granota, que era una habitación luminosa, luminosa y bien ventilada con una cama muy cómoda. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos de nuevo.

Gracias Carel por una estancia tan encantadora y bienvenida. Realmente fue un final perfecto para nuestras vacaciones.

The farm is located in an area with difficult access but with the instructions of the hosts, it is perfectly reached. The property has common areas in an excellent state of conservation arranged for the enjoyment of guests and is surrounded by nature that conveys a lot of tranquility and isolation from the typical hustle and bustle of cities. The apartment where we stayed, took care of every detail in terms of comfort and aesthetics, although the refrigerator is a bit small. If you decide to sleep with the windows open and are vulnerable to mosquito bites, use repellents (this situation affected me particularly because I am very sensitive in general to bug bites, although if you do not suffer from this condition, nothing will happen to you )

Thank you very much Carel for receiving us this week at your Finca, it has been a great experience, we hope to repeat it! A hug and happy summer!!

La finca está ubicada en una zona de acceso complicado pero con las instrucciones de los anfitriones, se llega perfectamente. La propiedad tiene zonas comunes en excelente estado de conservación dispuestas para el disfrute de los huéspedes y está rodeada de naturaleza que transmite mucha tranquilidad y aislamiento del bullicio típico de las ciudades. El apartamento donde nos hospedamos, cuidaba cada detalle en cuanto a su comodidad y estética, aunque el frigorífico es un poco pequeño. Si deciden dormir con las ventanas abiertas y son vulnerables a las picadas de mosquitos, utilizar repelentes (esta situación me afectó particularmente por ser muy sensible en general a las picadas de bichos, aunque si no sufres de esta condición, no te va a pasar nada)

The apartment is comfortable, beautiful and very well equipped, you can also see the love in every detail, from the pieces of art, the books, to the small welcome details. I had a very nice and calm stay but yet it was only 10 min to get to the center of Javea and the beaches, 10-15 min drive to the starting point of climbing Montgó, which I highly recommend. The hosts are very friendly and easygoing.

Tuve una estancia muy agradable y tranquila, pero solo fueron 10 minutos para llegar al centro de Jávea y las playas, 10-15 minutos en coche hasta el punto de partida de la escalada del Montgó, que recomiendo encarecidamente. Los anfitriones son muy amables y tranquilos.

The stay at Carel’s house has been very good. They are very friendly and greeted us when we arrived, even though it was a bit late. The room was immaculate and in every detail. The area is unbeatable, you can truly rest surrounded by silence and nature. The downtown and beach area is very close by car. The stay and the hosts are highly recommended 🙂

La estancia en casa de Carel ha sido buenísima. Ellos son muy amables y nos recibieron cuando llegamos, aún siendo un poco tarde. La habitación estaba impecable y con todo detalle. Carel and his partner are charming. The house is wonderful and is located very close to the best coves of Jávea and in a beautiful natural environment. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are in a separate building from the hosts, so you have a lot of privacy. Carel is extremely kind and he came to pick us up so we wouldn’t get lost even though we arrived later than agreed. Without a doubt one of the best airbnbs I’ve been to in the area. We will repeat 🙂

Carel y su pareja son encantadores. La casa es maravillosa y está ubicada muy cerca de las mejores calas de Jávea y en un entorno natural precioso. La cama es muy cómoda y las habitaciones están en un edificio separado del de los anfitriones, de manera que tienes mucha privacidad. Carel es extramadamente amabale y vino a recogernos para que no nos perdiéramos a pesar de que llegamos más tarde de lo acordado. Sin duda uno de los mejores airbnb en los que he estado por la zona. All very well, a correct and pleasant treatment. We arrived at night and it was hard to find the location so Carel helped us find it but the signage could be improved. Generally good, especially to unwind and relax.

“Excellent! We liked everything very much at Finca Vuyatela. Comenzando con la ubicación perfecta, que ofrece paz y relajación absoluta en la naturaleza, pero también es un excelente punto de partida para actividades (playas, montañas, miradores, etc.). Los alrededores ofrecen muchas posibilidades diferentes, hay algo para todos y el alojamiento tiene una gran vista del Montgó.

“Ausgezeichnet! In der Finca Vuyatela hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Angefangen bei der perfekten Lage, die sowohl absolute Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur bietet, aber auch ein super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ist (Strände, Berge, Aussichtspunkte etc.). Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Von der Unterkunft hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Montgo.

Die Gastgeber Carel und Patries geben gute Tipps, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Die beiden sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, sie pflegen einen persönlichen Kontakt und sind sehr herzlich. Patries Kochkünste lassen keine Wünsche offen!

Great location, peace and quiet and yet 10-15 minutes away from everything and more that you want to do. We were made to feel so welcome, the place was lovely, we had some food prepared for us and this was delicious and would highly recommend, beautiful location and great place to stay, we will definitely be returning.

We have spent three days and we would have extended the stay if we could have done so. The house of Carel and Patries is beautiful, the place is perfect to rest and schedule the excursions the next day. Carel and Patries are very friendly and always ready to help. Very restful and quiet accommodation, while close to Jávea and its beaches and coves. You don’t hear any noise and you get a great rest. Carel and his partner are very nice and you can ask them for anything you need. The dog is super friendly and good. They have several areas to have breakfast, lunch or dinner by the pool.

Alojamiento muy tranquilo y silencioso, a la vez que cerca de Jávea y sus playas y calas. No se oye ningún ruido y se descansa de maravilla. Days before arrival they sent us a pdf with directions on how to get there, not missing a single detail. They welcomed us with bottles of water, plans and guides and explained the area a bit. The suite is very cozy and clean, with a coffee machine, a fridge, and a welcome bottle of wine. The common areas are very pleasant and with space to be alone and also in company depending on what you want. The truth is that the only downside that I get out of the trip is not having been able to go for more days and being able to enjoy the pool and the barbecue with those views.

Thank you for having us, we have felt very comfortable in your villa and we are sorry that we did not go for more days to be able to enjoy it more.

Días antes de la llegada nos enviaron un pdf con indicaciones de como llegar que no les faltaba ni un detalle. Nos recibieron con botellas de agua, planos y guias y nos estuvieron explicando un poco la zona. La suite muy acogedora y limpia, con máquina de café, nevera, y una botellita de vino de bienvenida. Las zonas comunes muy agradable y con espacio para estar solos y tambien en compañia dependiendo de lo que apetezca. La verdad es que la única pega que le saco al viaje es no haber podido ir para más dias y poder disfrutar de la piscina y de la barbacoa con esas vistas.

The pictures as posted in the ad don’t reflect how beautiful it really is! Definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a tranquil yet cozy holiday. I would highly recommend to book a dinner during the stay as posted in the advertisement, Patries is an excellent cook and both Carel and Patries are excellent companionship full of stories and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. On A stunning location out of town where you can totally unwind and take in the views and sun by the pool. Although there are other guests, we never crossed paths so it felt very private – like it was all ours! The hosts are very keen to respond and Carel even gave my boyfriend a lift into town on the last morning to pick up our car. Be prepared to drive here – it’s based out in the countryside – but that’s what we loved and when we could get a taxi home easily when we decided to leave the car in the old town. Can’t wait to come back – very local and very stylish part of Spain.

Days before arrival they sent us a pdf with directions on how to get there, not missing a single detail. They welcomed us with bottles of water, plans and guides and explained the area a bit. The suite is very cozy and clean, with a coffee machine, a fridge, and a welcome bottle of wine. The common areas are very pleasant and with space to be alone and also in company depending on what you want. The truth is that the only downside that I get out of the trip is not having been able to go for more days and being able to enjoy the pool and the barbecue with those views.

Días antes de la llegada nos enviaron un pdf con indicaciones de como llegar que no les faltaba ni un detalle. Nos recibieron con botellas de agua, planos y guias y nos estuvieron explicando un poco la zona. La suite muy acogedora y limpia, con máquina de café, nevera, y una botellita de vino de bienvenida. Las zonas comunes muy agradable y con espacio para estar solos y tambien en compañia dependiendo de lo que apetezca. La verdad es que la única pega que le saco al viaje es no haber podido ir para más dias y poder disfrutar de la piscina y de la barbacoa con esas vistas.

The pictures as posted in the ad don’t reflect how beautiful it really is! Definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a tranquil yet cozy holiday. Although the site may seem a bit remote at first, it is worth it! You are in the hill, 10 minutes from the village (and the “playa”) and in such a quiet environment. The setting is very nice, the apartment well designed and tend to, and your hosts are there for any help and good advise you wish to get. A very enjoyable stay!

On A stunning location out of town where you can totally unwind and take in the views and sun by the pool. Although there are other guests, we never crossed paths so it felt very private – like it was all ours! The hosts are very keen to respond and Carel even gave my boyfriend a lift into town on the last morning to pick up our car. Be prepared to drive here – it’s based out in the countryside – but that’s what we loved and when we could get a taxi home easily when we decided to leave the car in the old town. Can’t wait to come back – very local and very stylish part of Spain.

En Una ubicación impresionante fuera de la ciudad donde puede relajarse totalmente y disfrutar de las vistas y el sol junto a la piscina. Aunque hay otros invitados, nunca nos cruzamos, así que se sintió muy privado, ¡como si fuera todo nuestro! Los anfitriones están muy dispuestos a responder y Carel incluso llevó a mi novio a la ciudad la última mañana para que recogiera nuestro coche. The surroundings of Patries and Carel”s house are exceptional and the view is fantastic! The suite is nicely set and well equipped with personal touches. Patries and Carel are very nice hosts. I highly recommend to follow Carel’s indications for hiking trails running along olive trees, enjoying the smell of pines and the bird’s songs. Our dog had a good time with the house’s young golden retreiver playmate.

Patries en Carel zijn erg aardige gastheren. Ik raad u ten zeerste aan de aanwijzingen van Carel voor wandelpaden langs olijfbomen te volgen bomen, genietend van de geur van dennen en de liedjes van de vogel. Onze hond had een goede tijd met de jonge golden retreiver speelkameraad van het huis.

A fantastic, quiet location away from the crowds. The pool is amazing and the room was sparkling clean. Both Carel & Patries are great hosts and really went the extra mile for us. Would definitely recommend for a quiet relaxing break and we would certainly go back.

Our stay at Carel’s place was outstanding. Even though the location was at first a bit hard to find, once you arrive everything is in perfect condition, perfectly clean and in a very calm and beautiful area. On top of everything being perfect, the hosts are super friendly and welcoming people. We had the chance to chat with them during our first afternoon there and they even reserved a table for us at one of their favorite local restaurants for dinner. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone that is going to visit Javea if going by car.

Nuestra estancia en el lugar de Carel fue excepcional. Aunque al principio la ubicación era un poco difícil de encontrar, una vez que llega, todo está en perfectas condiciones, perfectamente limpio y en una zona muy tranquila y hermosa. Además de que todo sea perfecto, los anfitriones son personas súper amables y acogedoras. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar con ellos durante nuestra primera tarde allí e incluso nos reservaron una mesa para cenar en uno de sus restaurantes locales favoritos. Recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que vaya a visitar Jávea si va en coche.

Ons verblijf in Carel’s huis was uitstekend. Hoewel de locatie in het begin een beetje moeilijk te vinden was, is alles zodra je aankomt in perfecte staat, perfect schoon en in een zeer rustige en mooie omgeving. Bovenop alles dat perfect is, zijn de gastheren supervriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. We hadden de kans om met hen te praten tijdens onze eerste middag daar en ze reserveerden zelfs een tafel voor ons in een van hun favoriete lokale restaurants voor het diner. Ik zou deze accommodatie aanbevelen aan iedereen die Javea gaat bezoeken met de auto.

At Patries and Carel, it is quiet in the mountains and it is not too hot thanks to the wind. You can enjoy the whole area to read under the pines or nibble while listening to the birds. The room we had is very new, very clean and well air conditioned. The pool and the grounds are perfectly maintained. The villa is ideally located, 1 hour from Valencia airport, 10 minutes from restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Patries and Carel do everything to make the stay enjoyable and gives plenty of information on the surroundings if you want. In short, it was great.

Chez Patries et Carel, on est au calme dans les montagnes et on n’a pas trop chaud grâce au petit vent. On peut profiter de tout le domaine pour lire sous les pins ou grignoter en écoutant les oiseaux. La chambre que nous avions est très récente, très propre et bien climatisée. La piscine et le domaine sont parfaitement entretenus. La villa est idéalement située, à 1h de l’aéroport de Valence, à 10 minutes des restaurants, bars, commerces et plages. Patries et Carel font tout pour que le séjour soit agréable et donne plein d’indications sur les alentours si on veut. Bref, c’était super.

Bij Patries en Carel is het stil in de bergen en het is niet te warm dankzij de wind. U kunt genieten van het hele gebied om te lezen onder de dennen of knabbelen terwijl u luistert naar de vogels. De kamer die we hadden is erg nieuw, zeer schoon en goed voorzien van airconditioning. Het zwembad en het terrein zijn perfect onderhouden. De villa is ideaal gelegen, op 1 uur van de luchthaven van Valencia, op 10 minuten van restaurants, bars, winkels en stranden. Patries en Carel doen er alles aan om het verblijf aangenaam te maken en geven veel informatie over de omgeving als je wilt. Kortom, het was geweldig.

Excellent stay at Carel’s, very nice apartment in the quiet scrubland. IDEALLY located if you like nature and walks. Between 15 and 20 minutes drive from beautiful coves, hiking, shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and functional. The hosts are very friendly (despite the language barrier) and very discreet. We spent 10 great days. We highly recommend !!

Excellent séjour chez Carel Très joli appartement au calme dans la garrigue. IDÉALEMENT situé si vous aimez la nature et les balades. Entre 15 et 20 min en voiture de très belles criques, randonnées, commerces et restaurants. L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Tussen 15 en 20 minuten rijden van prachtige baaien, wandelen, winkels en restaurants. Het appartement is schoon en functioneel. De gastheren zijn erg vriendelijk (ondanks de taalbarrière) en zeer discreet. We brachten 10 geweldige dagen door. We raden het ten zeerste aan !!

Our stay at Carel’s house was great. The apartments have separated entrances and are a bit behind Carel’s own house, so you are for yourself if you want to. It is very clean and with A/C, a small fridge (we were in the small apartment), WIFI, own bathroom, desk and bed you have everything you need. If you want to go to the beach you have to go with car because it is a bit out of town, but we knew that and it was just 10 minutes to Playa Arenal. It is beautiful quiet. The pool was fantastic and the view as well. Communication was fast. Carel and Patries were so nice and friendly and you got everything you ask for. Thank you very much – we are definitely coming back.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Carel was geweldig. De appartementen hebben een aparte ingang en liggen een beetje achter Carel’s eigen huis, dus je bent voor jezelf als je wilt. Het is erg schoon en met A / C, een kleine koelkast (we waren in het kleine appartement), WIFI, eigen badkamer, bureau en bed heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Als je naar het strand wilt gaan, moet je met de auto gaan omdat het een beetje buiten de stad is, maar we wisten dat en het was slechts 10 minuten om bij Playa Arenal te komen. Het is mooi stil. Overall this is a beautiful finca and a wonderful place to stay with the fantastic swimming pool and views. If you’re younger and/ or looking to go into town more frequently, this might not be the place for you. It was more rural than I expected and the roads to get there are windy and a bit tricky for me. I did not feel comfortable driving them at night. I was hoping for more of an ‘inclusive hostel feel’ where I could share my time with the hosts and other adults over meals. It did not meet my expectations in this sense, but if you’re looking for quiet privacy then this is a great option.

Si eres más joven y / o estás buscando ir a la ciudad con más frecuencia, este podría no ser el lugar para ti. Over het algemeen is dit een prachtige finca en een prachtige plek om te verblijven met het fantastische zwembad en uitzicht. Als je jonger bent en / of vaker naar de stad wilt gaan, is dit misschien niet de plek voor jou. Carel’s apartment is as it appears on the photos. The communication was very good from the beginning and was very attentive upon our arrival. The house is a little secluded and the roads at night are a bit scary because there are no lights. A shame we couldn’t enjoy the pool because we were only there for a weekend. I recommend it if you want to spend a few quiet days and separate from people.

El apartamento de Carel es tal y como sale en las fotos. La comunicación fue muy buena desde el principio y estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada. La casa esta un poco apartada y los caminos por la noche dan un poco de miedo porque no hay luces. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de la piscina porque sólo estuvimos un fin de semana. Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar unos días tranquilos y separado de la gente.

Het appartement van Carel is zoals het op de foto’s lijkt. De communicatie was vanaf het begin erg goed en was zeer attent bij onze aankomst. Het huis is een beetje afgelegen en de wegen ‘s nachts zijn een beetje eng omdat er geen verlichting is. Jammer dat we niet van het zwembad konden genieten omdat we er maar een weekend waren. Ik beveel het aan als je een paar rustige dagen wilt doorbrengen en gescheiden wilt zijn van mensen.

Carel’s accommodation is as seen in the photographs. The space is very large, so living with other guests in the common spaces is no problem. I highly recommend it.

It has been a great experience. From the first moment we had a super good communication, and the reception made us feel at home. The Finca Vuyatela is somewhat hidden (hence part of its charm) but with the indications of Carel and a little attention you get there without problems. It is an accommodation with style and with attention for detail. The common outdoor areas are great. It is wonderful to swim in the pool, in such an environment and with the Montgó in the distance. The room in particular has everything you need to spend a few days. It is spacious, bright, comfortable and well equipped. In short, 100% recommended if you want to relax in La Marina Alta away from the bustle of the beaches but a step away from them.

Ha sido una experiencia genial. Desde un primer momento hemos tenido una comunicación súper fluida, y el recibimiento y la acogida nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La Finca Vuyatela está algo escondida (de ahí parte de su encanto) pero con las indicaciones de Carel y un poco de atención se llega sin problemas. Es un alojamiento con estilo y con cuidado del detalle. Las zonas comunes al aire libre son una pasada. Es una maravilla bañarte en la piscina, en un entorno así y con el Montgó a lo lejos. La habitación en concreto tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Es amplia, luminosa, cómoda y está bien equipada. En definitiva, recomendable al 100% si quieres relajarte en La Marina Alta alejado del bullicio de las playas pero a un paso de ellas.

Het was een geweldige ervaring. Vanaf het eerste moment hadden we een super vloeiende communicatie, en het warme welkom zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden. De Finca Vuyatela is enigszins verborgen (vandaar een deel van de charme) maar met de aanwijzingen van Carel en een beetje aandacht kom je er zonder problemen. Het is een accommodatie met stijl en aandacht voor detail. De gemeenschappelijke buitenruimtes zijn geweldig. Het is heerlijk om in het zwembad te zwemmen, in zo’n omgeving en met de Montgó in de verte. Vooral de kamer heeft alles wat u nodig hebt om een paar dagen door te brengen. Het is ruim, licht, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Kortom, 100% aanbevolen als u wilt ontspannen in La Marina Alta, weg van de drukte van de stranden, maar een stap verwijderd van hen.

The environment is great, with the directions that Carel gave us we had no problem arriving. They were super friendly, they left us drinks and coffee at no cost in the apartment, they let us out an hour later than usual for check out … in general we were very comfortable. Surely if we return to Javea we will try to repeat with them.

El entorno una pasada, con las indicaciones que nos dio Carel no tuvimos ningún problema en llegar. Fueron súper amables, nos dejaron bebidas y café sin coste en el apartamento, nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde de lo habitual para el check out…en general estuvimos muy a gusto. Seguro que si volvemos a Jávea intentaremos repetir con ellos.

De omgeving is fantastisch, met de aanwijzingen die Carel ons gaf, hadden we geen probleem om aan te komen. Ze waren super vriendelijk, er waren gratis drankjes en koffie in het appartement, ze lieten ons een uur later dan normaal uitchecken … in het algemeen waren we zeer tevreden. Als we terugkeren naar Javea zullen we zeker proberen het met hen te herhalen.

The room is beautiful (no detail is missing) and the environment of the place cannot be better, with the Montgó on one side, the pine forest and the sea in the background. We hebben twee dagen in het appartement La Granota verbleven en het was een uitzonderlijk verblijf. De kamer is mooi (er ontbreekt geen enkel detail) en de omgeving kan niet beter zijn, met de Montgó aan de ene kant, het dennenbos en de zee op de achtergrond. Het heeft ook een perfecte locatie: het ligt op slechts tien minuten van Javea en zijn baaien. Carel en Patries waren erg aardig om ons te ontvangen en ook bij het vertrek. Als u rust zoekt, is dit uw plaats. Heel erg bedankt voor alles Carel. Ons verblijf was uitzonderlijk en we hebben de verbinding volledig verbroken. Highly recommended! The house is in the mountains, in a very quiet place. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully renovated. Vinieron a recogernos porque nos costó encontrar el lugar. Un precioso lugar con pequeños detalles de bienvenida que son de agradecer. Ideal para tener una estancia excelente y recorrer las bonitas calas de la zona de Jávea!

Sterk aanbevolen! Het huis ligt in de bergen, op een zeer rustige plek. Het appartement was kraakschoon en prachtig gerenoveerd. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en het zwembad zijn ook erg mooi en met uitzicht, perfect voor ontbijt of lunch buiten. De gastheren wonen naast de deur en zijn attent en gastvrij. Ze kwamen ons ophalen omdat we problemen hadden om de plek te vinden. Een prachtige plek met kleine welkomstdetails die gewaardeerd zijn. Ideaal om een uitstekend verblijf te hebben en de prachtige baaien van het Jávea-gebied te verkennen!

Beste Caak en Patries

Wij hebben allemaal ontzettend genoten van de week die we in jullie B&B in Xàbia doorgebracht hebben. Heerlijk weer, prachtig uitzicht, ook over de zee, comfortabele kamers (wij zaten in de bovenste appartementen) sfeervolle zitjes, lekkere hapjes, heerlijke paella en bovenal RUST en GASTVRIJHEID. Caak weet alles van de omgeving en waar het goed toeven is. De ritjes op de quads waren onvergetelijk voor onze kids. Patries zorgt voor de ambiance, kunst en culinaire genoegens. En dan is er Sjors (de golden retriever) die gewillig uitstapjes maakt met de kinderen. De kinderen hebben heerlijk vrij op het terrein kunnen struinen. Er is veel te beleven in de buurt qua cultuur, strand, eten en drinken, wandelen, fietsen, duiken, zeilen. Vanuit de B&B kan je direct wandel en fietstochten maken door de natuur. De flora en fauna is prachtig. Denia is dichtbij en Valencia, de derde stad van Spanje op 5 kwartier rijden. Een week is veel te kort dus we komen graag terug voor meer van dit goede leven in Spanje bij echt hele lieve, leuke mensen die samen iets fantastisch hebben neergezet. Een echte aanrader. En wij (twee volwassenen, jongen van 12 en meisje van 9 jaar) kunnen niet wachten op de volgende keer.

Querido Caak y Patries

Todos disfrutamos mucho la semana que pasamos en su B&B en Xàbia. Buen clima, hermosa vista, también sobre el mar, cómodas habitaciones (estábamos en los apartamentos superiores), áreas de descanso atmosféricas, deliciosos aperitivos, deliciosa paella y, sobre todo, paz y HOSPITALIDAD. Caak sabe todo sobre el área y dónde relajarse. Los paseos en los quads fueron inolvidables para nuestros hijos. Patries ofrece el ambiente, el arte y los placeres culinarios. Y luego está Sjors (el golden retriever) que voluntariamente hace viajes con los niños. Los niños pudieron deambular libremente por la propiedad. Hay mucho para experimentar en el área en términos de cultura, playa, comida y bebida, caminar, andar en bicicleta, bucear, navegar. Desde el B & B puedes caminar directamente y pasear en bicicleta por la naturaleza. La flora y fauna es hermosa. Denia está cerca y Valencia, la tercera ciudad más grande de España, está a 5 minutos en coche. Una semana es demasiado corta, por lo que nos gustaría volver para disfrutar más de esta buena vida en España con personas realmente muy dulces y agradables que han creado algo fantástico. Muy recomendable Y nosotros (dos adultos, niño de 12 años y niña de 9 años) no podemos esperar para la próxima vez.

Dear Caak and Patries

We all really enjoyed the week we spent in your B&B in Xàbia. Great weather, beautiful view, also over the sea, comfortable rooms (we were in the upper apartments), atmospheric seating areas, tasty snacks, delicious paella and above all peace and HOSPITALITY. Caak knows everything about the area and where to relax. The rides on the quads were unforgettable for our kids. Patries provides the ambiance, art and culinary pleasures. And then there is Sjors (the golden retriever) who willingly makes trips with the children. The children were able to roam freely on the property. There is a lot to experience in the area in terms of culture, beach, food and drink, walking, cycling, diving, sailing. From the B&B you can directly walk and cycle through nature. The flora and fauna is beautiful. Denia is close by and Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, is 5 minutes away by car. A week is far too short so we would like to come back for more of this good life in Spain with really very sweet, nice people who have put together something fantastic. Highly recommended. And we (two adults, boy of 12 and girl of 9 years) cannot wait for the next time.

Caak & Patries, thank you very much for your hospitality during our stay at your fantastic beautiful Finca. The space and the tranquility, the many birds, beautiful surroundings and especially the delicious food, assures that we will definitely come back. We know the area quite well by now, but we never get bored. The beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere are simply a pleasure. You are such warm personalities and that makes our stay complete. Special thanks to Caak for the great cool ride on the quads and Patries for the masterful salads and the bbq

Caak & Patries, muchas gracias por su hospitalidad durante nuestra estancia en su fantástica y hermosa Finca. El espacio y la tranquilidad, las muchas aves, los hermosos alrededores y especialmente la deliciosa comida, garantizar a las que definitivamente volveremos. Conocemos el área bastante bien por ahora, pero nunca nos aburrimos. Las hermosas playas y el ambiente relajado son simplemente un placer. Ustedes son personalidades tan cálidas y eso hace que nuestra estadía sea completa. Un agradecimiento especial a Caak por el gran paseo genial en los quads y Patries por las ensaladas magistrales y la barbacoa.

Caak & Patries, heel erg veel dank voor jullie gastvrijheid tijdens ons verblijf op jullie fantastische mooie Finca. De ruimte en de rust, de vele vogels, prachtige omgeving en vooral ook het heeeeeerlijke eten, maken dat wij zeker terug zullen komen. We kennen de omgeving inmiddels vrij goed maar het verveelt ons nooit. De prachtige standen en relaxte sfeer zijn gewoon een genot. Jullie zijn zulke warme persoonlijkheden en daarmee maakt het ons verblijf compleet. Speciaal dank aan Caak voor de geweldige coole rit op de quads en Patries voor de meesterlijke salades en de bbq
