Every evening an excellent three-course menu is made. Patries makes (with her 25 years of catering experience) the best dishes with fresh products from the local markets. The guests also find it delightful and relaxed to stay at home after a ‘busy’ beach or culture day.
During Patries’ first year as a young student at the Rietveld academy she and a fellow student started a catering company which grew into a successful company in a short period of time. They catered for 10 people up to 1.500 people
Today Patries is still looking for culinary challenges with the same passion as for art.
The special atmosphere and entourage on Finca Vuyatela and the gallery offer an excellent opportunity for workshops, but also for presentations and private dinners. Even at your home or at a location elsewhere, Patries is happy to provide lunch or dinner, dressed drinks or high tea. She is always looking for a mix between new trends, artistic presentations and familiar flavors and fresh products.
